<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">Dah hampir separuh bulan Ramadan baru sempat jenguk blog. Tak tau apa yang disibukkan. Selamat menjalani ibadah puasa buat semua. Jom MaDiHaA kongsi resepi kerabu pucuk paku. Sesuai untuk berbuka puasa. Tapi MaDiHaA buat baru ni untuk bersahur. hehe.... lain dari orang lain kan? Macam biasa kami sekeluarga berbuka puasa tanpa nasi putih setiap tahun. Jadi jika masak lauk pauk memang untuk bersahur je. Ikut je apa yang suami suka. Anak2 pun dah terbiasa macam tu. Tak kisah berbuka takde nasi. Tapi kalau rasa nak masak nasi biasanya MaDiHaA masak nasi berperisa untuk berbuka seperti nasi ayam, nasi tomato, nasi dagang, nasi lemak & sebagainya. Setakat ni hanya sempat masak nasi lemak & nasi dagang je. Tapi nasi goreng memang biasa menjadi menu berbuka kami. Kalau nak masak nasi berperisa mesti hari cuti. Kalau hari kerja memang tak sempat nak buat sebab kesuntukan masa. Ok dah jom tengok resepi... Kerabu ni MaDiHaA siapkan bahan2 waktu malam, bangun pagi2 barulah digaul & diperisakan.</span></div>

Tak sempat nak edit2 gambar & tak sempat nak menaip banyak2. Hari ni agak free sikit jadi MaDiHaA kongsi resepi orang lama ni. Tak tau kenapa MaDiHaA ni memang suka dengan makanan orang2 tua. Maklumlakan faktor umur pun ye juga. Tapi kalau nak ikutkan dari dulu pun memang rajin cuba resepi2 lama kan. Kalau yang dah lama ikut blog MaDiHaA ni mesti perasan banyak juga kuih2 tradisional yang MaDiHaA pernah buat. Maksudnya memang sejak azali kut memang jenis suka kuih2 orang tua. Mungkin sebab pernah bermanja dengan arwah nenek. Nenek rajin buat kuih2 lama. Cucu dia pun jenis pemakan.. apa nenek buat semua makan. Jadi terbawa2 sampai sekarang... tolak batu dengan kayu je... Bukan macam budak2 sekarang. Mana nak layan kuih2 macam ni. Mujurlah suami pun suka kuih2 lama macam ni. Ada juga geng ibu!</span></div>

<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">Ini kejadian lauk tanpa dirancang. Baru2 ni peti ais MaDiHaA rosak & dah tak boleh dibaiki lagi sebab ini dah kali ke dua rosak. Dah tanya kedai katanya kalau nak baiki kena tukar compressor terus. Untuk peti ais jenama Hitachi kos mau dekat rm800. Katanya alat ganti jenama Hitachi mahal dari jenama lain.. huhu.. Jadinya kami rasa malas la nak repair sebab takut ianya hanya bertahan untuk beberapa bulan, jadi kami buat keputusan beli yang baru je memandangkan peti ais tu pun rasanya dah guna lebih dari 8 tahun.</span></div>

<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">Oleh kerana peti ais rosak maka semua lauk2 basah dalam peti ais kenalah diselamatnya daripada rosak. Langkah mudah dengan cara merebus. Mujurlah yang tinggal stok lauk basah hanya daging & ayam sahaja. Dua2 pun MaDiHaA rebus. Maklumlah nak dimasak sekaligus nanti siapa pula yang nak habiskan. Tambah pula waktu peti ais rosak tu pada hari bekerja memang tak cukup masa nak buat macam2. Rebus je mana yang nak diselamatkan & selebihnya di masak untuk makan malam seperti biasa. Hari kerja setiap hari pun kesuntukan masa bagi ibu2 bekerja. Sampai rumah pun dah maghrib, terus je dengan rutin harian & kewajipan seorang Islam, ibu & isteri. </span></div>

MaDiHaA selalu beli kat pasaraya Checkers atau Giant je sebab itu yang dekat dengan pejabat. Pasaraya lain tak pastilah pulak murah ke tidak. Definisi murah tu bagi MaDiHaA kalau harga brokoli seketul bawah RM2.80 tu kira murah la tu. Kalau harga seketul atas dari RM3 memang MaDiHaA tak beli... Ehh! Pernah MaDiHaA jumpa kat pasaraya TF kat Raub dorang jual brokoli seketul RM1 tau! Punyalah murah kan. Macam tak percaya pun ada. Mungkin terlampau banyak lambakan brokoli kat Cameron Highland agaknya. Lagipun Raub dengan CH kan jaraknya tak jauh sangat.. tu boleh jual murah. Masa kat Raub tu MaDiHaA borong brokoli berketul2 macam dah taknak makan sayur lain je... kikikikiii.... </span></div>

Sudukan lagi 1 1/2 sudu besar adunan sagu. Taburkan 1 - 1 1/2 sudu gula kerek racik. Akhir sekali sudukan & ratakan 1 sudu besar adunan sagu. Pastikan JANGAN TEKAN adunan sagu semasa membungkus untuk mengelakkan kuih menjadi keras apabila kuih sejuk. Hanya sudukan & biarkan je adunan mcm tu tak perlu tekan2 ye. Akhir sekali lipat kemas daun pisang lebihan & cucukkan.</span></div>

<span style="font-family: "georgia" , "times new roman" , serif;">1. Toskan beras yang direndam. Panaskan minyak sapi dan butter di dalam periuk rice cooker di atas dapur. Tumiskan bahan2 menumis hingga wangi & layu.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: "georgia" , "times new roman" , serif;">2. Masukkan beras yang telah ditoskan tadi lalu dikacau rata.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: "georgia" , "times new roman" , serif;">3. Campurkan tomato puri & oren sunquick di dalam air yang telah disukat & kacau sehingga rata. Tuangkan ke dalam periuk beserta susu cair & garam. Kacau rata2.</span><br />

Resepinya pun MaDiHaA ambil dari kawan cyber sejak berfotopages dulu iaitu Ana Elianas atau lebih dikenali sebagai Suzana Rahman yang sekarang dah jadi sifu baker yang juga mengendalikan kelas baking & masak2. Kalau dulu sama2 hobi berkongsi resepi di fotopages, tapi sekarang kawan MaDiHaA ni sekarang dah pun melangkah jauh meninggalkan MaDiHaA dalam bidang masakan. MaDiHaA jugalah masih ditakuk lama tiada perkembangan. Yang kembang hanya badan semata-mata... hahahaha.... Bancuh tepung kastard dengan air hingga sebati kemudian masukkan semua bahan2 lain dan bancuh rata.<br />2. Masak puding dengan menggunakan api yang kecil...hinggalah masak (kental & berkilat). Keluarkan sekeping & bentangkan. letakkan inti di sebelah bahagia pastri puff & sebelah lagi dibiarkan kosong. Katupkan pastri & tekankan keliling pastri dengan menggunakan garfu. </span><br />

Rupa bentuknya seakan apam dan penyediaannya adunan tak perlu nak menguli seperti membuat roti. Nama roti itu digunakan mungkin kerana penggunakan yis dan cara adunan yang diperam beberapa jam hingga naik sekali ganda sebelum ianya di masak. Alahh apa nak dipelik dengan nama roti. Roti canai pisang pun ada juga yang panggil Roti Pisang kan? Tak kisahlah tu.. apapun nama diberi janji ianya enak dinikmati. Roti pisang ni dimasak sebiji demi sebiji di dalam kuali kecil atau acuan khas. Barangkali boleh juga kita gunakan acuan kuih serabai semasa memasak. Kemudian bila dah kering permukaan atasnya.. roti diterbalikkan. MaDiHaA tak punya acuan khas jadi MaDiHaA gunakan saja apa yang ada. Acuan kuih bakar pecah lapan yang MaDiHaA guna... asal ada ajekan.. hehehe.... Nak guna kuali non stick yang biasa buat pancake tu malas pulak rasanya sebab macam lambat pulak siapnya... so guna acuan kuih bakar ni cepat sikit sebab ada 2 biji acuan.. lajula sikit siapnya... MaDiHaA suka kuih yang garing2 sikit.. jadi Roti Pisang MaDiHaA warnanya agak gelap dari warna Roti Pisang yang asal. Pulak tu... MaDiHaA hanya peram 1 jam yang mana resepi asal suruh peram 3 jam. Biasala kan kalau suka derhaka pada resepi mana nak jadi sama rupa macam resepi asal... hehehe... Takpelah janji rasanya sedap. Waktu tu arwah ayah ada tanam jagung kampong waktu kami tinggal di Rompin, Pahang. Ma pula rajin buat penganan jagung. Teringat2 keenakan kuih tersebut. Kuih tu kami panggil kuih 'Hati Pari'. Hanya jagung kampong saja yang boleh digunakan untuk membuat kuih Hati Pari sebab jagung kampung ada banyak patinya. Bila diparut & diperah boleh dapat pati yang pekat. Pati itulah yang digunakan untuk mengadun menjadi kuih Hati Pari. Jagung madu atau jagung yang biasa terjual di pasaran sekarang tak banyak pati. Memang tak boleh nak buat dah kuih kegemaran MaDiHaA tu... sekarang hanya tinggal kenangan..</span><br />

Goreng sehingga garing seperti menggoreng kerepek pisang. Sentiasa dibalik2kan supaya garing sama rata. Bila garing angkat & toskan.</span><br />

Celupkan ke dalam batter di bahagian hujung kiri dan kanan, diikuti dengan bahagian tertutup/terlipat. Akhir sekali celup pula dibahagian satu lagi. (masa proses mencelup, roti mesti sentiasa dipegang). Terus masukkan ke dalam minyak yang sedia panas. Ulangi proses satu persatu sehingga roti memenuhi kuali. Goreng sehingga garing dikedua2 belah. Bila garing angkat & toskan.</span><br />

Sayur ni kalau dulu2 ia banyak tumbuh di kebun sayur & cili yang arwah ayah usahakan. Bila tanah baru dibuka... selain rumput rampai tumbuh di celah2 batas sayur... pokok meranti ni pun sama2 tumbuh. Sememangnya meranti kategori rumput juga, tapi rumput yang boleh dimakan. Memang puaslah makan sayur free waktu tu. Sedap sangat dimasak lemak putih atau digoreng dengan cili padi rencah ikan bilis.</span></div>

<span style="font-family: "georgia" , "times new roman" , serif;">Waktu ke pasar baru2 ni bila ternampak ada pucuk meranti di jual hati berbunga2 & terus ambil 2 ikat. Dalam hati cakap nampak rimbun & secekak besar pula tu... cukuplah untuk kami sekeluarga 2 ikat ni. Sesampai je kat rumah teruslah bersiap2 untuk masak. Bila buka ikatan getah pada tangkai meranti ni.... rupanya2 dalam ikatan tersebut dicampur dengan tangkai2 kosong. Maksud MaDiHaA bila dipegang ikatan tu memang nampak besar bila kita cekak dalam ukuran secekak penuh. Tapi rupa2nya apa yang kita cekak tu bercampur dengan tangkai2 kosong. Tangkai yang dipatahkan dari tangkai asal... kemudian tangkai tanpa daun2 itu dicampur sekali dalam ikatan supaya bila dipegang, ikatannya nampak banyak. Owwhhh... ada juga manusia yang cuba nak guna trik ni ye. Masih ada yang nak menipu. Buat cara tu.. sekali jelah customer beli dari awak... lain kali customer tak beli dah dari awak. Berniaga menipu macam tu tak berkat tau. Itulah sebabnya sayur yang MaDiHaA masak tu nampak bawang berlebih sebab dah siap2 tumbuk rencah rupanya sayurnya dpt hanya sedikit. Tak apalah kan.... rezeki MaDiHaA setakat tu je... </span></div>

<span style="font-family: "georgia" , "times new roman" , serif;">1. Siangkan pucuk meranti ambil pucuk, daun dan batangnya bahagian yang lembut sahaja. Cuci bersih pucuk meranti dengan merendam seketika & kaup ke dalam penapis. Buat beberapa kali supaya jika ada pasir yang melekat pada daunnya akan hilang & bersih.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: "georgia" , "times new roman" , serif;">2. Didihkan setengah periuk air. Bila mendidih masukkan pucuk meranti & balik2kan ia. Angkat dan tos. (jika kalian suka rasa yang pahit2 tak perlu dicelur, boleh terus gunakan selepas sayur dibersihkan.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: "georgia" , "times new roman" , serif;">3. Tumbuk bahan bertanda*. Panaskan minyak dalam kuali kemudian tumiskan bahan tumbuk hingga wangi. Masukkan garam secukup rasa & kemudian masukkan pucuk meranti yang dicelur/yang segar. Balik2kan & rasakan garamnya. Bila dah cukup layu bolehlah diangkat & hidangkan.</span><br />
