Chicken Luncheon Rolls



Lama jugak tak menguli roti.. walaupun dah ada BM.. tp mood nak meroti tak berapa nak hinggap. Harap2 bila dah mulakan ni.. lepas ni biarlah rajin sikit buat roti... kalau tak.. tak berbaloi ler beli BM mahal2.. hehee...

Roti kali ni resepinya aku ambil dari blog MamaFaMi. Mama pulak.. mengubah suai resepi asal Roti Ham Keju dari Ayin menjadi Roti Gulung Luncheon Ayam atau dlm bahasa omputehnya.. Chicken Luncheon Rolls... cuma gantikan isi dalamnya aje.. rasa memang sedap.. lembut & gebuss... semua anak2 suka termasuk ayahnya... alhamdulillah... baru lepas bakar masing2 dah rasa seketul dua.. pastu selebihnya dibuat sarapan keesokan paginya.. still lembut.. tapi harus ingat.. roti mesti disejukkan & disimpan dlm bekas bertutup ataupun dlm plastik. Kalau tak.. permukaan roti jd keras. (pasal tu kat kedai2 roti.. roti diletak dlm plastik..)

Adapted from Ayin's Roti Ham Keju

Ingredients :

250 g high protein flour (MamaFaMi add a little bit more.. but I don't cause I only used 1 egg yolk)
30 g sugar
20 g milk powder
6 g instant dried yeast (1 1/2 teaspoons)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon bread softener
2 egg yolks (used 1 only A grade)
130 ml fresh milk
30 g butter
3 pieces Chicken Luncheon ~ cut to small pieces
Mozzarella cheese ~ grated (MaDiHaA used sliced cheese)

Method : (Breadmaker method)

1. Pour fresh milk into the breadmaker pan. Add in salt, sugar and egg yolks
2. Top it with sifted flour, dry yeast, milk powder and dough softener.
3. Set the Breadmaker to Dough function.
4. Once the dough is just combined, add in butter and leave the Breadmaker to continue doing it's job. This process will take about 1 1/2 hour including prooving.
5. Remove dough from BM and punch down to release the air. Cut the dough to 2portions.

6. Roll the dough flat. Sprinkle with cheese and chicken luncheon. Then roll like swiss roll. Slice to the thickness of 1/2 inch. Arrange on the baking tray sprinkled with a bit of flour. Repeat the same procedure with the other portion. (MaDiHaA put sliced dough in paper liner)
7. Leave to proof till double the size.
8. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 C for 30 minutes or so. (MaDiHaA baked only 14 ~ 15 minutes @ 170C)
9. Once out of the oven, brush with butter.

    Hihihi... sedap kan Ratna (esh...lain bebeno lak rasanya bila panggil Ratna...hehehe). Alhamdulillah bun tu menepati citarasa Ratna sekeluarga... TQ sebab sudi mencuba ye...

  2. MamaFaMi: hehee... montok ma sbb sy dah paksa dia dok diam2 dlm paper liner tu.. kekeke.. mmg ler selalu dok panggil MaDiHaA.. dah tak sedap nak panggil nama sebenor kann.. sy pun sama gakk.. thanks ma resepi tu..

  3. wah!!sedap ni...memang tengah cari2 resepi buat buns...boleh try ni...akak de resepi tak camne nak buat donut yg lembut ala2 dunkin donuts atau big apple..teringin sgt nak blajar dan buat..yelah kalau beli tu mahal..tpi kalo buat sendiri berapa biji nak makan pun tak kisah..hehe

MATAHATIJIWA: akak adalah satu resepi donut yg lembut tu.. tap tak tau ler sama selembut big apple tu sbb tak pernah beli pun.. hehehe.. tp resepi donut tu mmg lembut ler pada akak.. hinggakan simpan esok pun still lembut lagi.. tp resepinya belum pos dlm blog ni lagi.. kalau berminat.. boleh cari kat fotopages akak http://mamawandiha.fotopages.com
