Serimuka Pisang


Assalamualaikum & selamat petang...

Agak lewat nak masukkan entry hari ni sebab pepagi tadi agak sibuk sikit.  Sekarang baru lega sikit.. so mehla nak kongsikan resepi yang dicuba masa ma & adikku masih ada kat rumah.  Kebetulan jiranku Laily ada bagi sesikat pisang.. jadi bolehlah dibuat kuih.  Dapat jugak bagi kat Laily sikit merasa kuih serimuka pisang ni.  Selain tu.. masa hantar ma ke Klang rumah adik ku hari tu pun dapat jugak bagi kat adik kuih ni dengan sejenis lagi kuih (nanti masuk entry lain kalilah pulak kuih tu).  Elok lepas aku buat kuih ni.. esoknya nampak Hana pun ada buat & dah siap update ke blognya.. comel kuihnya... Tadi masa dok BW (tak tinggalkan komen) nampak pulak kuih serimuka pisang ni kat blog Izah.. hehe.. yang aku ni... baru hari ni terhegeh2 nak update.. hehe.. takperlahkan masa tak mengizinkan.. aku update jugaklah hari ni sebab dah niat aku nak masukkan entry serimuka pisang ni hari ni.. so.. aku pos ajelah resepi yang sama macam Izah.. hehe... 

Resepi ni aku ambil dari Jun.  Bila tengok kat blog Jun je terus teringin nak buat sebab aku ni memang minat dengan kuih2 dari pisang ni.  Tambah pulak kat rumah ada pisang yg jiran bagi tu.. jadi aku pun print terus resepi.  Resepi asalnya dari Hasiah63@MyR.  Thanks Hasiah & thanks Jun sebab tayang resepi yg best ni yekk... mintak halal ye saya C&P resepi ni kat blog saya...

SERIMUKA PISANG by Hasiah63

Bahan-bahan ( 6 Orang Makan )

( BAWAH ):- 
1 cawan tepung beras 
2 cawan santan
2 cawan pisang yang dilenyek
1/2 cawan gula (MaDiHaA kurangkan 2 sudu besar)
2 sudu tepung kastard

( ATAS ):-
60 gm tepung gandum
100 gm gula
250 gm santan
50 gm jus pandan
1/2 sudu besar tepung jagung
2 biji telur
Sedikit garam
Sedikit pewarna hijau

Cara-cara

   1. ( BAWAH ) - Satukan semua bahan di atas, kacau sebati.
   2. Kukus selama 20minit atau hingga masak.
   3. ( ATAS ) - Kacau telur bersama gula, kemudian masukkan pula bahan-bahan selebihnya.
   4. Kacau sebati, tapiskan.
   5. Tuang ke atas bahagian bawah tadi, kukus lagi selama 20minit atau hingga masak.
  
Nota MaDiHaA : MaDiHaA buat 1 1/2 adunan & menggunakan loyang bersaiz 10"

hehehe..sama la kak.tapi saya baru je buat.saama la terguda masa tengok kak jun pos kan kuih tu... senang pun senang, sedap pun sedap.banyak dapat tu akak buat 1 1/2 ye..tak pe, kuih cam ni ramai yg suka sebab ada kelainannya.kan

LM: memang lain serimuka ni sebab guna pisang menggantikan pulut..

IZAH: akak buat banyak tu sebab masa tu mak & adik akak ada kat rumah.. so buatlah lebih sikit. lgpun nak bagi kat jiran yg bagi pisang tu sekali. dpt gak bwk ke rumah adik akak kat klang jugak.. berbaloi2..

HANA: licin ke? biasa2 je..hehe.. sedap memang sedap. kalau kuih pisang akak memang suka!

ZANAFAHMI: takpe.. nnt dah abis serimuka labu boleh cuba serimuka pisang pulak.. heee...
